Honestly not James specifically made this an okay experience. It would be his team members that were frustrating in communication. My name was wrong by two different team members (I have a common name). An email was misread by a team member and she asked if I was unemployed, which I found a bit rude. If she read the email she would see there was no question in my employment. Things were repeated. Documents were forgotten to be given to the notary so we had to meet twice. Minor frustrations.
