The service was great up until the last week, mostly the last day when I was expected to close at 1:00pm. I had taken the entire day off work only to have the closing attorney notify me after I arrived that it was the time they had was 8:00pm because the paperwork wasn't complete from the Loan Officer. I had been in communication with representatives earlier that day & there was no communication regarding the time change. I didn't have a problem with the change but the lack of communication.

A lot of confusion with needed information. A lot that I did not understand. Documents needed at the last minute...Closing cost was not clear. Overall, my experience was not bad.
