Get underwriters thAt work to get loans approved and no dig into issues that shouldn’t have even been questioned. Also, when a deadline is getting close, it would have been nice if one of the “supervisors” actually helped. I lost 3000.00 because the deadline wasn’t met and no manager or supervisor could help. This was the worst loan experience I have ever had. Robert’s a good guy and I know his hands were tied many times so the lower scores are all based on the underwriter and manager

Very pleasant and helpful when I called with questions or to discuss uncertainty about completing documents that Iwas unsure about. The whole process went quite smoothly but I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the process from start to closing took so long.
