I am the realtor for the client. I never spoke with Tricia. I know my client was beyond happy with her. The only thing I wish was communicated was that the loan was switched to an FHA and I was not informed. In todays market offers are accepted on Terms not just on price offered. FHA can create havoc, especially on a Condo. Yes it all worked out and Tricia did her due dillegence on the FHA. The other attorney was caught off gaurd.

Ryan was very knowledgeable as he handled my loan for my move to a condominium.. However, I felt his many, many emails became overwhelming for me. It was a lot for me to handle. But he knows his stuff, so, yes, I would recommend Ryan.

We worked with Eric for a few years prior to purchasing our home. Our credit was not good and we had contemplated filing bankruptcy but with Eric's help we were able to avoid that, fix our credit and buy a wonderful home! My only complaint was that i wish he had better communication with our realator since we were out of state. Eric was always helpful and worked very hard for us.

Eric was very helpful walking me through the steps of my loan as a first-time home buyer. I did have to ask for explanations several times on items that needed follow-up but he took care of them all. I would gladly recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase a home. Thanks Eric!
