Jessica is a hard working partner, I remember we went to her very last minute & she got us the pre-approval the next day & we got the house. She is very responsive & easy to get a hold of. The disappointment was more on her assistant, who sent out an email 30 min before end of business day & expect respond before the next day with many irrelevant condition, as well as being too optimistic. Didn't have alternative solution/plan in the event if things doesn't go well. Overall experience is great!!

I had to sign twice. I was told there would be no out of pocket expense. I was told by the notary at signing that I had an amount due. I was not notified about this by my loan officer. It was an embarrassing situation for the notary and I. It all worked out in the end but I think it could have been avoided.
