Chris was great about running the numbers to determine the best rate available and within our budget. Now must say wish the process took less time (almost 3 months). I realize it is the time of COVID but felt I needed to keep project managing and checking in on status. Chris was great at escalating once I mentioned how long it was taking. We are repeat customers so surprised how long. I believe the delay was with loan processor and not with Chris. Ended up with great rate!

Pretty easy process. Most everything was done electronically. I didn’t have to go back and forth and bring papers to the office. Loan funded pretty quickly too. No problems.
