Yvette was lovely to deal with. However the mortgage company has misinformation about the flood zone of my property. The worst experience was when I went to closing and the mortgage company did not wire the money for my closing to be complete. The sellers would not release the keys to me. Since I was moving out is state with family in tow and two dogs, we all went to the house and were unable to get in. I also lost money to the unpacking company. Their poor mistake.
