Anthony was very helpful and an effective communicator, but he was rarely the one doing the communicating. His team caused some unnecessary stress & havoc - even 3 days before closing after 6+ weeks of preparing. Most of the chaos for our 2nd home purchase was clearly a result of too many people trying to coordinate the closing and an utter inability to follow the financials we submitted as small business owners with excellent credit & less than 19 months on the mortgage for our 1st home.

Michelle was great to work with, Had a little problem initially with phone communications (I'm not into texting) but that issue was soon resolved. The help she provided with dealing with poor service from our escrow company was very appreciated.

Andrew was mostly responsive and returned calls and emails timely. He seems knowledgeable about the business and was professional during all transactions. Todd however, not so much. Rude. Unprofessional. Needs retraining on business emails.
