Overall this was a good experience. But there were some challenges that made the process a bit long and drawn out. We were given incorrect information right away about our appraisal and work that needed to be done. Vacations for Jem and Erik delayed the process a bit Communication from Jem was often done late at night here central time. We are overall satisfied with the process but the online and digital experience was quite a bit different from the in person bank we are used to.
