I explained the objective and although everything eventually worked out, I kept being told it could be done but then presented with constant challenges. Provided the same documentation MULTIPLE TIMES, signed the same docs MULTIPLE TIMES. One day, received 30 emails within 1 hour - all one sentence each - while I was trying to work. The entire process was overly stressful and several requests were ridiculous and not explained. (Why I work from home?) We have 3 loans now with NAF. Will see how it goes over the next couple of years whether we stay or not. Did complete within 30 days, but man - was it challenging! times I didn't feel heard at all. Also, purchase was supposed to be my name/primary - all docs showed and addressed Bill as primary. Even though I am essentially purchasing the home myself. Now, I have to send checks to pay off CC debt as part of the loan - a few of the accounts have already been paid off. Which I TOLD several times -but again was not heard. Now I will have unnecessary credit on accounts when I could have used that money toward the home repairs. Absolutely ridiculous. I know a bit about home purchases, know the documents due to notary signing agent. I cannot imagine how someone off the street with no knowledge of mortgage requirements would have handled this experience. This is nothing personal about Brittani - I called her for this opportunity and have referred her in the past. However, I will not be referring NAF moving forward.

my experience was fine. I would say it was a notch below "great" and better than "okay" , but there is not an option in the survey for that. I have no real complaints, I'm just comparing this service to other mortgage companies I have used on past home purchases. NAF provided acceptable service and I have no complaints. If anything, the communication throughout the process could have been better.
