i Had a lot of tech issues using the portal which was a pain. Also had multiple requests with paperwork I had already submitted. Lastly concierge service didmt reach back out to me when I had questions.

Always make sure changes/reason for change are clearly communicated with a phone call/email immediately. If any decision is made about date of closing or anything regarding closing i should be included in conversation not decision made for me in anyway without my knowledge.
