Michael Hakun did a great job with his end of the refinance procedure. The others involved, including another loan officer and the underwriter, turned the process into a very disappointing event. The requests and handling of documents was not processed well. Figures and paperwork were incorrect right up to the day of closing.

Working with James and his team for now the 2nd refinance was an overall very good experience. James had our best interests in mind and a strategy for how to reach our goals. His team are supportive and are able to answer most of our questions. There were times during the process, however, when we did not understand fully what was being asked of us, and felt a little pressured to sign disclosures that we did not understand. We would have been happy to have things really "spelled out" for us
