It was fine until it went to Kimberly Odell. Communication stopped I sent multiple messages with no response from her. I had to message Moe then he would find out how things were were going from her. If the entire process was handled like the last week before closing I would have went somewhere else.

It was painful at the end , but Moe Hoballah got me to where we needed to be. Communication is huge and getting everyone on same page is major so last minute things don’t pop up. I’m surprised a good experience wasn’t before excellent on the survey. I appreciate everyone’s help and at the end we got to where I needed so the turn out was where I expected. Thanks Again.
