Carrtne was very good with communications, but the appraisal delays and funding issues (which may her been on the buyers side) caused the transaction (45 day) escrow to be delayed.

I feel like to many hands are involved in the entire process. The first person was nice. Greg was fabulous!. Manuel Moran was terrible. Streamline the process. Not so many involved. Felt like I was giving the same I no 4 or 5 different times. Once should be enough.

Paula was lovely but she was also honest that her experience with Re-Fis was limited. I would say she did her best with the knowledge she had. Response was sometimes slower than expected but again she tried. Even during the power outage she tried to stay in touch. The issue with USA appraisers was beyond her and there was a delay while she got the information she needed for how to conduct an appeal. In the end we did not get much cash because of a rule change on on loans like our solar panels.
