Everything went pretty smoothly with the exception of finding out at the 11th hour that we had to bring an additional $2,300 to closing. That was something we definitely didn't count on.

We were asked multiple times for documents that were already sent in. It felt like things were a little disorganized. I did not like emails with the stages as you move through the process. They did not really provide any helpful information. At the end of the day, the loan was closed and that was the goal, so it was fine.

Your company had us jump through more hoops than any other house I have purchased, this is house 5. We had to resend pay info 3 or 4 times that was ridiculous! Communication is a problem in your company or maybe accountability. I received a bunch of emails from other people at new American funding trying to get me to take out a loan after already being a customer. Overall if I buy another home I will not be using New American Funding. Peter was professional polite and did a good job!
