Robin communicated well but Patty Wilson was terrible at communication and support. Robin did help recover after the issues. I do understand the need for information and that it impacts selling the loan but you need to be specific on what is needed or hours are wasted. Being in a GM role for Siemens time is short and chasing unproductive requests with not enough detail is the one thing that needed major improvement

Document handling needs to be improved. They asked me 3-4 times for the same documents with the same information over and over again. Otherwise all the service was good.
