Devin and the rest of the team were professional. I told them what I needed, and they got it done. They didn't use "sales tactics" to sell me on the refi. I was with a lender for five years, have great credit and that lender couldn't care less if they kept me as a customer (weren't even competitive). I guess that's indicative of society today... less people are willing to work to provide service. This company is an exception so far (just closed), if they continue to be fair I will update.
