My experience with American New Funding was really good. I would definitely recommend them anyone else. However, my personal experience was good and fair only because there may have been some miscommunication somewhere with loan officer and loan processor and my paperwork did not get completed on time due to the loan processor going on vacation the week I was closing. Other than that, my experience was good and I am in my new home.

David is a good consultant , and he was a pleasure to deal with. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a disconnect in communication from David, the loan processor, and the notary . Sometimes one hand didn’t know that the other have was doing . Happened more than once , so that created some confusion, but in the end we got it done .

the whole process was just painful, especially since you already had my loan, and I was just refinancing it... i.e. all I was doing was shortening the period, and reducing the interest, and I was subjected to a lot of proving everything you knew about me anyway... If I had it all over to do again, I would have gone elsewhere for a cheaper rate. That being said, Brenda Carlin did most, if not all of the work, and she was very helpful.
