My experience with New American and Laura Gonzalez may have been a lengthy mix of emotions but in the end they pulled together and completed my refinance with my respect. What is commendable is Laura took absolute responsibility and fixed what she could. Overall, I came out satisfied and Laura got me a fantastic rate on my home loan!

They made the steps very clear and made uploading information easy. However, they did not help protect us from potential issues with tenants becoming squatters. It was a personal friend/lawyer who caught the loophole that could have left us stuck with squatters in our new home. When we pressed the issue with Warren, there was a delay in response when with any other matter, there was no delay. The issue was resolved and contingency was edited to cover us legally.

when calls r made and message left, return calls should be prompt. When secretary ans., she for some reason cannot transfer call. Expewrience was good except for this.
