While we were able to close early, there was a lot of uncertainty around our actual closing date and Mike set unrealistic expectations for closing. We ended up closing days after when Mike told us we could close.

After explaining numerous times that the loan was for completing work in the house, I was basically forced to spend time and money I didn't have to make it look better to get the loan. This caused delays that cost me more time and money which I didn't think was needed.
