Nothing against Levi, he was great to deal with. There was some last minute issues with the closing, and the notary they sent to our house had to make 3 trips, because she was not trained well apparently. There was not supposed to be cash to close, but yet I had to write a $1400 check. I was told by customer service that they would not cash the check, but yet it got cashed, and we were not prepared for that. The people involved were very friendly, but things were a bit messy overall.

Underwriting and processing did a horrible job at making sure that I closed escrow on time. It cost me in $300.00 to change moving appointments. I took a week off from work to move and get settled but I didn't close until a week later. I also had to pay 300.00 a day to the builder for each day that I did close plus paying a 85.00 a date rate to my landlord for not moving out by the 1st of June
