Josh and Payton were great! Very responsive and addressed my questions quickly. My complaint would be that the fee's (closing cost) were a bit high and as many others have mentioned they did seem to add additional cost to the list each week. Increased fees as they delayed the closing for several reasons (most was due to the company doing the appraisal though). None of the delays were due to my neglect so I'm not sure why they continue to forward the cost to me.

Team Sheldon works hard to make sure you are able to upload ALL the documents needed on a timely basis. They are there to 'hold your hand' throughout the process. I went through two separate 'experiences' in two+ months! The teams were GREAT, both times.
