Matt was great and kept us informed And I would definitely work with him again. I can’t say same new American funding was not great, the underwriting process was slow and painful. Things that were needed to close the loan came in at the 11th hour several days after our deadline to close had been reached. Everybody in the transaction was frustrated with this process. This is my clients second one with new American funding and I can tell you that the process was no better the second time around.
