Nicole and Kim were amazing and I would definitelyrecommend using them. However, there were issues with the legal team that made the experience very frustrating. I appreciate the efforts to prevent fraud, but the tasks we were asked to perform regarding powers of attorney documents were ridiculous and redundant. Because of this, I would rate the company only (not Nicole and Kim) fair.

The notary person was very hard to work with she was an hour late to our appointment. Also the under writer seemed to hold up the process a few times for us having to change closing dates

I was satisfied with Yvette’s help, but the whole process was very time consuming and the amount of paperwork that I was required to give seemed very extensive and intrusive. I have bought many homes in the past and have never had to provide the amount of documentation that was required for this purchase.
