Brenda was fantastic. Answered every call and email in a timely manner and kept me up to speed with everything happenin. I wish the underwriting officer (Julie) did a better job with timliness. There were a lot of last minute reuqests from her that delayed our closing. I feel like the things she needed could have been requested much sooner. That was a bit frustrating. But Brenda was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

With this being our first home buying experience, it would have been great to have more frequent and detailed communication regarding what to expect and any information that would have been helpful for us to know. Our initial call with Michael was great, however, as we were moving through the process once our contract was in place there was less communication than we would have liked. We discussed having a weekly update on where mortgage rates stood so we could determine if we'd like to lock in, however, we didn't receive those weekly updates. It would have also been great to have a heads up or a discussion ahead of time regarding the paperwork that would be coming through the portal so there could be an opportunity to ask questions, etc. Michael was super responsive and knowledgeable when we asked questions, but as first-time buyers we would've appreciated a bit more hands-on guidance.

NAF - Please speak with your overall team, discuss the pitfalls of each failed closing/transaction. And give that inforamtion to the buyer, this will allow them to make proper arrangements or ask questions ahead of deals t ensure everything is lined up. If you need guidance on this then ask, - Overall I lost $7,300 over 2 deals. That is not acceptable by nyones standard. Knowleged is power and I felt very powerless.
