From the time we originally submitted the application to closing date, May 5, 2021 to June 22, 2021, was 7 weeks! Several times I was asked to supply information not needed, for example insurance coverage not allowed in California! From what we see for comparable homes in the area and the upgrades we recently made to the house we feel the appraiser was more than $100K below what is appropriate for our home. Well apparently this box won't let me write any more! another reason were not supper h
