Laura and her team did a great job over all there were some major things I wish would have went down a little differently though. Fist off it seemed like the communication between colleagues was not all there. We also were quoted at a 4.2% intrest and thought we had a shopping lock on our loan, a week before we put our final offer in on our home we asked to double check that intact we were locked in and were told that we were not. That if we were to lock in today we would be at a 5.65% so we did thank God we did because come closing day intrest rates were at 6.4% in total we got the home and were happy we were able secure the loan still but it was super nerve racking to say the least.

We were a bit disappointed and frustrated with the delays that held us up from getting into our mew home and led to us having to payed additional fees. We recognize some of these delays(appraisal) where a bit of our the Wells teams control but the late started to collection of all required documentation and a lack of advisement at to how certain documentation (gift letter) needed to be collected led just as much to the delays we experienced.
