Andy was very accommodating with all the changes that happened throughout my loan process. At times he was very hard to get ahold of on the phone, but via text worked the best. My co-borrower was local to Andy, I was out of town and I was able to do my mortgage loan remotely and actually never met Andy in person so that was a very nice option to have with your company especially with my busy schedule.
