It would have been better if I would have been informed upfront of the upfront costs and how much you were charging and adding to my loan in order to give me a lower rate. I am however happy that you worked to get me a lower rate then the company I was going to go with and that is that leveled out my overall satisfaction. I did dislike that you had to call my work but not my husbands work to verify if I’m working when I have you pay stubs. That was very upsetting.
