During the process, there was a couple of times that I was starting to think the process was a scam. Reginald would say one thing and then Shayla would say something completely different. It just didn't seem legit. The overall deal that we got from New American was great and we were previous customers and they had us doing things that we didn't have to do the first time. The communication process left alot to be desired. We would send them something and then they wound ask for it again and then again. They somehow copied my SSN wrong, then I had to try to prove who I was. Then I had to prove that I was filing taxes two different ways-meaning separate and joint. It just kept getting mote ridiculous has the time went on and the process just took too long because of all the communication problems.
