I think better communication would be great. Customers want to be kept informed of what's happening with the loan as we are moving through the process and that's what I found deficient. I did not hear from Alex for a long time after he spoke to me the day we started the process. Intermittently he would pop up with email replies and left me to deal with a staff member who seemed a little lost and kept making mistakes. Better communication is the key!
