I had a hard time dealing with Chris. He kept asking for more and more information and giving no reasons why. It was WAY more than we had been asked for in the past for our mortgage and seemed like overkill.

Took a little longer than I hoped. I love the flexibility of doing things electronically. The interest rate is MUCH better than what we had. They work very well for people with credit challenges. Better communication in the final phases, and a quicker close would have rendered 5 stars. I also love how they found the appraiser, the insurance agent, and the notary/signing agent (who came to our home to sign documents), and communication was handled by emails and texts mostly (work won’t allow a lot of phone calls). That made exchanging documents much quicker. I do recommend. (Cash-Out Refi)
