Anali is amazing! She did a great job explaining everything thoroughly and made sure we knew and understood everything we were signing. My husband and I were actually surprised at how swiftly the process was. She asks for everything she needs upfront so there’s less back and forth emails and phone calls. Her communication is excellent and responds rapidly with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! You will not be disappointed. Were very happy we were referred to her!

I don't think Theresa was bad, I just wouldn't call my experience memorable or great and I don't think that is her fault. She did all that was asked of her and more.
