Dylan was great, he helped us to understand the process. Ac el as helped us gather everything we'd needed and responded in a timely manner. The only play of our experience that was unpleasant was dealing with the processor. She was not only rude to us but also our real estate agent. If id weren't for her I'd have given you all 5 stars.

I did not deal with Kurt directly. Chris Annon was the originator of the loan. Everything I received from Kurt seemed orderly and in a timely manner. The fact that Chris was not working on the loan full time and seemed to have others doing all the work for him. Pat Reynolds did a great job for him! I later was told by Chris, that he no longer worked for the company 2 days before closing and that some papers had not been filed on time. This caused the closing date to be pushed out an extra day.

Jim Bourne was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. At one point Jamie H. was put over my account and did not communicate at all, responded with very short answers to my questions, never called and left me feeling lost to what was going on with my loan. Once I said something and copied every contact I had at New American Finance, Jim contacted me ASAP and answered all my questions as well as stayed in contact the rest of the steps. Title Professionals were HORRIBLE

it really bugged me to get another income verification the day before our loan was to fund. I had a few other times asking if there were any other papers needing done and found out at the last minute we had more when we were lead to think no more was needed. That was frustrating. Communication across the board up and down the chain to assure Adam had all the info at all times would have mitigated these instances.
