Jennifer Owens was amazing. I was working with 3 mortgage companies during the approval process and chose this one because of the customer service Jennifer provided. She was also quick to respond, remembered our conversation details and even followed up with me when I had to pause the process a couple months. I will say that when the process got transferred to Martha seemed overloaded with her workload because she got me confused a couple times
