Clear and better communication on cost for closing. Communication needed be clear of what items and documents are needed, when they are needed, why they are needed and the reason for documents. Need a guide to present to customers with timelines and what to expect as the process goes along. other than these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

At the beginning I was reluctant, with many questions for Tyler. It was due to bad experience from the past homeownership. I went as far as asking him how would this not cost me but actually help, and he came back with all the answers, and we were in business. It took us a minute to get the ball rolling, but when got there it was no stopping. I pray that I will be able to continue asking him questions over the years to come. Thanks Tyler for you excellent help. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refi a home.

It was more cumbersome than i expected it to be. The amount of paperwork required was extreme. Some of the questions were seriously ridiculous. Some of the information they wanted didn’t show any sense of the real world. I certainly don’t fault Denise Masnjak with the process. I am sure it’s not up to her what is asked of clients. She provided great service. Typically she answered the telephone when i called. If she didn’t answer, she always returned my calls in a timely manner.
