First time working with NAF. I gave 4 stars because I felt we cut it close to the loan deadline. Thankful it wasnt a problem, but stressful. Joyce was very helpful and friendly and updated me when I reached out which I appreciated. My experience was ok, we made it to closing ???? and the buyers were happy which was #1

Steve was a pleasure to work with! He always responded to my calls or emails in a timely manner. He was wonderful at answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. We had an issue with my fiancée being a Junior. Most of the paperwork did not have the “Jr” after his name, even after I asked them to add it. Then at closing, we signed all the paperwork, and the loan would not be approved until the “Jr” was added to his name. It took longer than it needed to and we had to resign.

I was able to get the loan moved thru. There were times when things seemed to be moving slower than I had anticipated but in the end the loan moved thru. Communication was ok I recieved communication back overall timely and my questions were answered as needed.
