Escrow was not added at closing. I thought I was getting back $2400 at closing instead I owed $500. I was told two and verified I owed $911 so I had to go get a check for that amount then when I got to closing again it had changed. Closing documents not good and an unexpected $3000 difference that I owed at closing. Up until then everything was great but that really hurt owing at closing when I thought I was getting money back.

diligent on getting us completed and closed. We had a bad experience at another company and he jumped and did everything in his power to get us closed. Very helpful, answered our questions as well.
