The transaction started with one person, it changed and Rob was very responsive, not really heard much from Tony but saw he was cc:d in communication. My client worked extrememly hard to get what was needed. When it came to the verification of employment for Marjorie, I would ask if they received. Seemed like from my end, everyone would "wait" until the department that was supposed to received it, contacted Rob or Tony as to if they recieved instead of Rob or Tony reaching out to them and asking with us on a tight timeframe. Now, with all that said, I do not know for sure if they did or did not reach out to see if it was received as it wasn't communicated as such. I am probably really spoiled so it may be that this survey response isn't a 10 our of 10 because I am used to much more communication. I try to do "Update Mondays" or at least by Tuesday each week to everyone in a transaction trying to see where everything is so everyone is on the same page. I am very happy though the work done on the side was able to get the clients into their new home, which is the end goal for everyone. I was told in the beginning we couldn't sell the home and land separate from the land parcel that had the old shed on it because it was the same APN #. I knew 100% that was not true as I am a land specialist and have done many divisions, made many subdivisions and I know that when a property has a separate Tax ID, that division can in fact be sold separately. Before I responded, I contacted the Zoning Dept just so they can confirm what I knew so I could let everyone there know it can be done, hence then, we were able to sell only the land with the the house which worked perfect for our mutual client. Thank you for helping get them to closing. So very happy for the Mongers as I am sure you are equally as happy for them. Please let me know what else I could have done different as I too like to always tweak my work methods to become better. Abe made our experience great! He was incredibly communicative, always willing to answer questions for us, and worked really hard to make sure our loan closed! Our loan Processor, Claudia, was not very communicative. It felt like we had to chase down information from her. But Abe made up for that! He was truly amazing throughout the entire process.

I have no experience to compare the service to know if it was average or above. To me, a rating of "good" and "ok" are perfectly acceptable and not to be interpreted as lacking or a negative reflection on Bonnie.
