Towards the end it became very stressful but not do to Kendrick it was the process that they have in place so I would rate the process as very poor.

Casey was honest and tried his best to expedite the loan process. He stayed in contact and made himself available during off hours. In a sellers market, you need someone that is flexible.

I felt Tressa was great and very communicative with me. I just can't give the process a "great" because of the other companies she was dealing with such as the underwriters, notaries, etc... They seem to make the process overly complicated by requesting documentation that seemed redundant (EG: having to prove a pension was a life long payment, needing additional proof I was divorced and then not making adjusts to documents, being late to appointments, etc...)
