This place never disappoints. Their food is always fresh and flavorful. They have a great variety of healthy choices and my food is ready fast. It's great to know I have healthy options. The staff is also friendly as well. They also have this punch card program where I think u buy 9 or 10 meals and get a free meal after that.

I really liked working with Justin. But most of my communication was with someone else, I've forgotten their name. And that person seemed a bit more frazzled and all over the place. For the most part, she very professional, but I remember one really egregious error, where she said she would be sending me back a copy of my application or something like that and it was actually somebody else's, so it had their name, social security number, and other really important information that should not be seen by others. After that, the company shifted her out and set me up with a different person as my liaison. So a few wonky experiences like that prevent me from giving a full Five Stars, but overall, Justin really made up for that because I found him to be very trustworthy and consistent and reliable. His support staff on the other hand… needs a little work.

I was unable to get a loan anywhere else and Justin came through for me. His team was a little slow with the paperwork but I think that is my realtor, Cynthia Daniels, in Diamond Bars fault not his. Anyway, I highly recommend Justin's team.

We needed it done quickly and it was done quickly. They were even willing to come get paperwork from us at work when we were having a hard time with the electronic signature.

James was great, informative, positive, and attentive in the beginning stages. Once the account was handed over to others, and the process slowed down in underwriting, things weren't as good, but for loan origination he was great to work with.
