I had to send in information that i had already sent in multiple times, my agent had a hard time coming in contact with the lender at times. Some of the requirements for closing seemed to be irrelevant or not enough at times.

underwriter had more than enough time to do their job, made my clients very nervous and jump through hoops 2 days before closing. Unrelated to Christopher Kim. Cristopher did a good job and was very responsive.

The loan approval process from clear to close must be done in advance to avoid any last mintier hassles. In my case I had to postpone my closing day since the New American funding did not send documents on time.

Breakfast served right not what is left! Served hot, fast service and good music. Place has limited seating, couple tables by the road side and outside. Food portions and menu selection is decent.
