Bob Bachman had previously helped us receive two separate loans when we purchased two rental properties over the past seven years. So now with interest rates so low we went to Bob again to see about refinancing five investment properties and our primary residence. Ron Johnson with New American Funding is the hope that we all need in times that we think all we see around us is darkness. In the dark of the mortgage crisis that rocked America since over a decade today, I sought all avenues to refinance my mortgage with U.S. Bank but for about 15 years U.S. Bank intentionally refused to help me out. After all, U.S. Bank was collecting over a thousand dollar ($1000.00) of interest monthly. Many other trials with many other brokers failed. I was stocked in the darkness, the weight of a mortgage loan with very high interest rate with U.S. Bank. I had given up hopes. Alex wasn't too bad, except that everything he said turned out to be basically untrue due to Marvin McAdams multiple failures, asking for THE SAME DOCUMENTS multiple times, failing to meet the timelines that NAF set, and not following through with pretty much anything. Of the five previous mortgage, this underwriting and closing experience was the worst, by more than I could possibly quantify in five thousand characters. I will refinance this loan at my earliest convenience just to avoid paying you any additional interest. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
