My situation may be different from most, but, my loan was started with one agent who left the company a couple of weeks after my loan began. I had a connection with the first agent and felt extremely let down. I was assured by the first agent the transition would be seamless, not so. I feel I was pushed out of the process and things I felt I should have had were not done. The timing was drawn out also. Mortgages are stressful and I think the company could’ve done more to help relieve some stress

Overall was good experience. Except during closing there were many issues on closing and getting funded. Did not affect myself as it did other parties involved. Overall being told to wait an extra week instead of guaranteed a date that cant be met for closing would have been better.
