Brooks communicated well when he could and was able help with making sure my loan was processed. The length of time took a lot longer then expected due to some complications and back log of the loan processing. I would consider using Brooks and New American Funding in the future

I am very disappointed to learn that my loan has been sold to Wells Fargo. They have a history of being the most inept at managing peoples mortgages, being unresponsive to complaint resolution, and borderline fraud in managing clients escrow accounts. I fear this will cost me additional money in the long run and now regret that I did not proceed with my original intent to refinance with Quicken loans who although about $25 a month more, maintains their own loans and has been problem free.

Knowledgable about the loan process, and understanding of our circumstances. Communication could have been better but considering this is the loan industry, they did great with the cards dealt!
