George was great at answering questions and imparting his knowledge. We were able to meet the deadline to close , with it being during the holidays! Which was much appreciated!! Some downsides of the process were what appeared to be duplicate requests for documentation and reviewing what appeared to be the same documents multiple times. I understand doing everything online can feel a little less intuitive to someone who doesn't do this very often, but also appreciated that online flexibility. Other than those small things it was a great experience! Thanks again!!

Able to close on a VA refi in less than 30 days, when other mortgage companies could not.My loan officer George always returned my calls within an hour or less and always answered emails in a timely manner.
