Chris was pleasant to work with, however it took over three months to close the loan. After being told that the appraiser would call to schedule, I waited a few days then finally contacted the appraiser to make the appointment. I was disappointed that I needed email a couple times and ask the status of the loan. Underwriting took more than a month. I was told that there might be a some items still needed. It was more than a week before they let me know what was needed.

Chris and Hieu were always very responsive and available when I needed to talk with them. I probably tried to reach Hieu at least 6-8 times during the entire process and I reached him immediately on each attempt -- that's great service! And his knowledge and answers to my questions were very good.

Well some of the communication could have been much better the overall experience was good. Chris was very nice and everything processed as it was supposed to process.

Chris kept me abreast of what was going on with my refinance. After about a couple weeks with no response Chris investigated to find out what the hold up was! I closed in less than a week.
