The home buying experience is miserable. Too many government regulations. I found that the Churchill staff were very easy to communicate with. I could easily speak with a rep. w/o automated prompts. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned. The only issue I had with Churchill was quickly resolved. Cons: too many people involved. I received communication from about 8 different people. If Churchill was in my neighborhood I would use them again, however, I personally would want a local lender

There were a couple of points along the way where I didn't understand things that had large financial implications. Jeff was helpful after the fact... and thorough in explaining... but would have been better upfront. Also, the seller was paying $5000 of closing and we didn't use it all. Maybe not Jeff's fault, but should have been caught ahead of time.
