Tracy Mathews & his team at New American Funding were quite helpful in ensuring we closed on time - within 1 month. what was promised was delivered and frequent communications on status and phone call follow ups. But one OFI was the transfer of documents between lender and title company. This requires better handling as it resulted in uncertainty with frequent false starts. Ensure a proper handshake between the 2 next time and a lower rate!

Donald Cook was excellent with following up. Kept up with me for a whole year. After doing comparisons in pricing and process, in addition to ratings and BBB reviews I decided to go with NAF. They were very thorough and communicated every step of the way to funding. I liked their willingness to negotiate rates and discuss how numbers were arrived at. This made me comfortable with my decision.

Actually I wouldn't say "great" but I didn't have an option of "good". The team was good and got our loaned approved in the allotted time. Communication was good although I am not a fan of the canned emails. I would recommend the company to others, if asked.
