Technical help was always available when we needed it since everything was done on line. It took a little longer than we expected but given the 2020 situation that was understandable and we were not in a hurry. We got a great rate on a 15 year loan and since we live on Lake Oconee, it was great to have someone come to our house for the closing and we didn’t have to drive into Atlanta.
