I think if you use this company you will be extremely happy. David did a wonderful job for us ando I would have given him a 5 star rating except for a surgery he had and we didn't know he was having it. We at first thought we had given all our information to someone that would exploit us. We were thankful to know it was circumstances beyond our control. If you want help...David is the man to go to!!!

This was a positive experience. Thanks God gave me the opportunity to get in contact with Aaron G Wilhelm he gave me the confidence and trust since the beginning of the process, and everyone I worked with in connection with this loan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would refer a friend. It was a lot easier to closed than expected!

After six months they were finally able to get the refinancing done I do believe it will be worth it in the long run but the experience was less than stellar. Our original mortgage was through them and they were the ones who contacted us for the refinancing. The agent kept asking us questions that he should have already known by looking at our current mortgage. I had to call them over and over again to ask for information and finally someone else took over my agents accounts and it still took another two months for the process to complete.

Everyone was extremely friendly. There were a few instances that were less than stellar. Communication was quite slow and I was left wondering what was going on most of the time. It wasn’t until I would send an email asking what the status of things were before I would get a response. The timing and more frequent communication would be appreciated. Especially in such a major financial process as this. Sometimes over a week would go by with no info as to what was happening and what we were waiting on next. We sold our home and bought our current one in a faster and more communicable way than this refinance was done. While in the end it was completed and we are happy it is over, it could have been a little more pleasant with more consistent communication that I didn’t have to initiate each time.

I am satisfied with New American in general. The people I worked with, Cindy and Derrick, are very responsive. The rates and closing cost are not the best, but on the other hand they are among the few that lend to mobile home buying. The process took longer than I thought, that's partly due to planing and mostly due to conditions beyond their control. I am grateful that they put in effort to move the process forward when it gets difficult.

Kylee LeBlanc was amazingly helpful, timely and wonderful to work with, cannot recommend her enough. Look her up for any mortgage needs! New American Funding also has been easy to work with so far, although the verdict is still out.

My first time homebuyers were able to get their FHA loan! Even though less than easy underwriting process communications were consistent and excellent!
