Although the whole process took almost 2 months to complete, which is 2x what I've experienced in the past with other refinances, the rate that Dave was able to secure for me was a significant reduction to what I had before and made the long processing period worth it. I am saving over $150 a month on mortgage payments, which is a huge improvement for me.
