Marc did a good job however the company did not. The Refi was a simple FHA streamline with no appraisal and it took almost 2 months. I was told from day one there would be no out of pocket at closing, the disclosure docs confirmed this. 3 hours before signing I was told by Trevor that we needed $1073 at close. We signed/ closed on a Friday evening, the following Tuesday NAF called my employer to verify employment.

Marc was great. He did the best he could. It did take 4 months to complete the loan. I'm sure covid19 had some bearing on this.
