I am not sure exactly where the breakdown was but I feel the team fell short. Was notified very closee to closing day that the closing may have to be pushed to following week due to some issues which I felt could have been handled a lot quicker. Closing was delayed twice by lender. I feel the breakdown was due to LO being on east coast and processor and maybe funder on west coast.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, we were just first- time home buyers with lots of questions and it was very hard to get answers or explanations at times. Overall, buying a house is just stressful and I can't say enough good things about Teri. She was very communicative and super friendly and helpful.
