Malcolm did fine. He had a baby in the middle of this. I can objectively say that you guys do a great job with well qualified buyers but I think your system needs to be improved to work with less qualified people. I've done three of the more marginal type buyers with you guys and there were always problems getting to the closing that I think wouldn't happen if you were more geared to them. I hope this is taken as constructive critisism and not as a major complaint. I appreciate the referrals you send us and enjoy your people. I just think if you want to work the less lendable people you could put a system in place to deal with them, more from your underwriting process than your loan officers and client advocates. Thanks.
