All loose ends need to be followed closer by the lender team as most borrowers aren't really working the process, just waiting on the outcome. In this case several loose items had to followed up on by the borrower. If the borrower hadn't been on top of the processes following up on the loose ends caused by you folks, the closing could have been much sooner without any extensions, costs, etc. Otherwise, all ok. thank you.
